With giving out 20 bids this spring quarter, this brings our numbers to 94 members of ATO. At this time last year, we only had 50. This is an outstanding improvement. It was even more impressive that we were able to reach the numbers be using the “recruit” not “rush” strategy that we have created. Every single one of the members is voted on 3 times prior to initiation, and were “Selected” to come to recruitment- rather than allowed to Rush openly. It is extremely exciting that we have grown while holding our values and repurtation to the highest standards.
